Our Story
Gala Boss was born from a new beginning.
I’m Maria Ramirez, and alongside my partner, Ryan, we began this journey after relocating from Hardin, Texas, with a clear purpose: to create a better, brighter life for our son, Aidyn. We wanted to build a home and a future filled with opportunity, creativity, and meaningful experiences—one where he could thrive, explore, and feel inspired.
After navigating a challenging chapter in my life, I found the courage to start fresh and reconnect with my passion for creating beautiful experiences. It was during this time of transformation that I met Ryan, whose support, vision, and belief in what we could build together made all the difference.
Through countless conversations, shared ideas, and a mutual love for design and hospitality, the idea for Gala Boss took shape. We combined our strengths, our dedication, and our attention to detail to create something more than just a photo booth company—we created an experience-driven brand focused on celebrating life’s most meaningful moments in a beautiful, intentional way.
Today, Gala Boss is a reflection of that journey: a commitment to quality, storytelling, and unforgettable experiences.
Our Expertise
At Gala Boss, our expertise is rooted in a strong foundation in visual merchandising and experiential design. With years of hands-on experience—including working alongside a Visual Merchandising Manager at Banana Republic—we’ve developed a trained eye for creating spaces that are both visually striking and emotionally engaging.
We’ve brought this design-driven approach into our luxury photo booth experiences, where aesthetics, storytelling, and thoughtful details come together seamlessly. This allows us to create photo booth setups that are not only elegant and sophisticated, but intentionally crafted to elevate the atmosphere of each celebration.
Our commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry led us to attend the Photo Booth Expo in Las Vegas in 2024, where we connected with industry leaders, explored emerging technologies, and refined our approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
By blending visual merchandising expertise with innovation and modern event design, we ensure that every event we are part of feels curated, memorable, and truly unforgettable.
